Here's one that i found funny in episode 4 : The MIssing Key as well that I didn't address before
Take a look at this image:
This is the scene where the four guys return back to the Castle of Lions and Pidge is hiding on top of their Lift. Now take into consideration of how its facing because as we know the control panel is FACING the huge screen on the wall
Now, Look where Keith exists (which is for the Green Lion because..well, he had to take that lion)
But, because its a "temporary" thing during the animation process for the entire series, the animators just didn't address this little mistake from earlier in episode 3 ,when he enters the lifts for the first time.
As we know, Black Lion's chute is always the one that is opposite the big screen.
Yet later in episode 4:
No big screen ^_^

For Episode 5 : Princess Joins UP
In the end where the Princess is commenting on "joining" Keith, Lance, Hunk, Pidge and Sven, one little gaf is shown here:
There he goes again, that Sven...dressing up as the princess!
On note : im not going to post any color/animation/inconsistencies to Voltron, the Lions or any robeast, since its pretty much a given that there will be mistakes shown on them. In Episode 5 alone, there were many shared between the Robeast and Voltron, that...well, it would have been pointless to point out.

Figure we should have a thread dedicated to errors found in the episodes. With DVD, its now fun to hunt for things that you never noticed at first broadcast.
Im rewatching many of the episodes so I can write up summaries, so far Im on episode 4 - The Missing Key
Some of the "errors" I found:
Pidge is supposed to be wearing his Voltron Uniform.. Here, he's in his normal attire.
Wrong colored boots
he's in his normal attire again
However, this next one is funny. Remember, SVEN is still the pilot of Blue Lion in this episode:
